The Den
Packs are broken down into Dens by grade level. Den's meet once a month to work on rank advancement activities.

Adult Leadership
Drew Alexander is the Cubmaster of Pack 903. He and his family moved to Evanston in 2018 and joined the Pack that year when his son, Phoenix, started kindergarten at Orrington Elementary. Drew is an Eagle Scout, a Wood Badge graduate, and a Scouts BSA Unit Leader Award of Merit recipient. He has past volunteering experience with iMentor, Chicago Cares, and Aquinas Literary Center.
Drew works at Arthur J. Gallagher, where he leads the company's global Customer Relationship Management efforts. He grew up in New Orleans, studied Spanish at Brandeis University, and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition to Scouting, he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, doing home improvement projects, and playing guitar.

Tim Schmitt is a Den Leader and Pack Committee Chair in Pack 903. An active member in his community, Tim serves as a City of Evanston Preservation Commissioner, coaches youth soccer and is a parishioner at St. Mary of Evanston. Tim is an avid outdoorsman, loves to camp, hike and work in his yard. He is a Master SCUBA Diver, formally a volunteer diver at the Shedd Aquarium and has a 3rd kyu belt in the martial art, Aikido.
Tim is the Chief Technology Officer at Peregrade Ventures, an entrepreneurial strategy firm focused on real estate, consumer goods, technology, and supply chain. He grew up in Deerfield and studied Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. Tim, his wife Paula and two sons have lived in Evanston for over 10 years.
